Hello, how to import the database to the software, we have more than 3100 people, we want to imported the personnel data in batch into the software,how does it do and what we have to prepare.

Function address: enter the software - enterprise information - import enterprise personnel information
After entering the function interface, you can import format in the installation directory of the personnel data directory to find a "model" file, you can used the Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or above, just follow the model order and format, (edit content must be accordance with the original arrange position, or you will import unsuccessfully), edit or copy content.
After editing the content , you can choose the "select files" to get you edited files, and then click to import, system will automatically import your data.
If your card number format is other format, so you can use advanced options to select a card type.
